Account Deletion Informed Consent：

Dear players, before you officially start the next step of the account deletion process related to Teon, we will make the following special instructions for you: After canceling the game account of this game, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or other situations listed in this consent, your all data under the account will be deleted. Once the game account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, please operate with caution.

If you decide to delete this account after careful consideration, please be sure to read and fully understand this 'Account Deletion Informed Consent' ('Consent') first, and agree to the entire content of this consent. If you start the deletion process according to our deletion procedure, or if you tick this consent form and start the next step, you are considered to have agreed to and abide by the entire contents of this consent form.

Before you apply/continue to apply for deletion of your account with us, in order to protect your account security and related rights and interests and to ensure the successful completion of account deletion, please check first, and make sure and promise that the game account you apply for deletion meets the following conditions at the same time, these conditions include but are not limited to:

1.The account is legally owned and used by you and complies with the account regulations in the user agreement and relevant instructions and rules.

2.Deletion condition: The account is in a safe state: the account is in normal use, not in the period of illegal processing (referring to the account being banned and other measures for violating the relevant agreements and rules of the game), and there is no risk of being stolen or blocked.

3.All related items in all servers in the game account do not need to be transferred or processed.

4.here is no uncompleted payment across all servers.

5.The game account has no disputes: including complaints and reports, complaints and reports, state agency investigation, arbitration, litigation, and other disputes.

You can try to solve the above problems by yourself first. If you can't handle it or have any doubts during the process, please contact the customer service in-game and let the customer service help you deal with it.

After confirming that the above five conditions are met, please read and agree to the following four terms of account deletion:

The aforementioned personal information refers to the character data in all servers under the same account, as well as all in-app purchase items in related servers, including but not limited to:

[Premium Membership, Teon Coin, Character Data (Level, Exp, Learnt Spell, Title, Leaderboard, Avatar, etc.), game progress (quests, etc.), character items (gold, silver, equipment, spellbooks, consumables, etc.), warehouses (accounts or character warehouses), minions, polymorphs]

Attention: if the deleting account contain a clan leader character, the clan belong your clan leader character will be removed, along with the following data: [the items in the clan warehouse, clan contribution, and the clan rank]

* If your account has been banned by us and (or) other processing measures have been taken by us for violating relevant national laws and regulations and (or) the relevant rules for the use of this game service and the Player Rules (referred to as 'Player Rules'). , in order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of you and other relevant rights holders, after your game account is deleted, we may keep game data related to the account violation for 3 years. During the retention period, we will not use the data for other purposes except to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of you and other relevant rights holders.

* Once the game account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Even if you use the same email address or Apple ID as the game account to apply to us to register and log in to the game again after the deletion, the account will be regarded as a new account. Therefore, you should properly handle all items under your account before deciding to delete your account. Once you successfully delete your account, all data under your account will be cleared. You voluntarily give up all items and data under the game account.

* Other consequences arising from account cancellation (possible).

* In order to ensure the security of your account, we will provide a period of 30 days after you confirm the cancellation of your account. During the 30-day period, your account will be frozen and you will not be able to enter the game. During this period, you can cancel the account deletion operation at any time. After this period, your account information will be completely deleted from the server. According to relevant policies, once the game account is deleted, it cannot be restored, please operate with caution.

* Reminder: During the cooling-off period, if there are items calculated according to real-time, they will also be calculated normally, including but not limited to Premium Membership, items on the market, time-limited items, etc.

* After the account is deleted, you can use the same email address or Apple ID to register a new account again, but even if you use the same email address or Apple ID to register and log in, it will be regarded as a new user account, and you cannot restore the data of the previous account.

* Special reminder: If you have an automatic renewal subscription service through Apple, after you complete the account deletion, you still need to go to the App Store to cancel the automatic renewal of related services. The deletion of this game account does not include the cancellation of Apple's subscription or auto-renewing service.

* If you need to use our services again after logging out, you are welcome to re-register and log in to enter the game.
