Account Deletion Notice:
1. Dear player, before you formally start the next step of the game account cancellation process for this game, we would like to make the following special statement to you: After canceling the game account of this game, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or this agreement, all data under your game account will be deleted. Once the game account is cancelled, it cannot be restored, please operate with caution. If you still decide to cancel this game account after careful consideration, please be sure to carefully read and fully understand this \"Game Account Cancellation Informed Consent Form\"(collectively, the “Consent Form”) in advance, and agree to all the contents of this consent form. If you start the cancellation process according to our cancellation operation process, or if you check this consent form and start the next step, it will be deemed that you have agreed to and abide by all the contents of this consent form.

If you start the cancellation process according to our cancellation operation process, or if you check this consent form and start the next step, it will be deemed that you have agreed to and abide by all the contents of this consent form. Before you apply/continue to apply to us to cancel your game account, in order to protect the security of your account and related rights and interests, and to ensure the smooth completion of account cancellation, please check first and ensure and promise that the game account you are applying to cancel has met the following conditions at the same time, these conditions include but are not limited to: The game account is legally owned and logged in by you, and complies with the provisions of the user agreement and related instructions and rules regarding game accounts. Cancellation conditions: The account is in a safe state and the account is in normal use, not in the period of violation handling (referring to the account being banned or other handling measures taken due to violation of the relevant agreements and rules of the game), and there is no risk of being stolen or banned. There are no related items in all servers under the game account that need to be transferred or processed. There are no unfinished orders in all servers. The game account has no disputes: including complaints and reports, being complained and reported, investigations by state organisations, arbitration, litigation and other disputes. You can try to handle the above problems by yourself first. If you cannot handle them or have any doubts during the handling process, please contact customer service in the game's contact customer service icon and let customer service help you handle them.
3. If you confirm that all the above conditions are met, please be aware of and agree to the following four terms of account cancellation:
1) After your game account is cancelled, it will (may) result in the following consequences, including but not limited to, and you need to bear them by yourself: You will not be able to log in and use the game account, and your Friends will not be able to interact with you in this game. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or this agreement, your personal information under the game account will be deleted and processed. You will not be able to retrieve your personal information, nor have the right to ask us to retrieve it. The aforementioned personal information refers to the character data in all servers under the same account, as well as all in-game purchase items in the relevant servers, including but not limited to:[Contracts, Contract Time, Chosen Time, Membership, Character Data (Level, EXP, Learned Magic, Soulstone Board, Elixir, Titles, Monster Handbook Progress, Leaderboards, etc.), Game Progress (Quests, etc.), Character Items (Gold, Silver, Equipment, Spellbook, Consumables, etc.), Warehouse (Account, Character Warehouse), Magic Doll, Transformation Appearance]. (Note: If the account selected for deletion contains a character who is the Clan Leader, the associated clan and the following content will also be deleted: [Items in the Clan Warehouse, Clan Contributions, and Clan Positions].(If you only want to delete characters while retaining related in-game purchase items, you can choose to delete a single character in the character interface of the corresponding server.)
2) To ensure the security of your account, after you confirm the cancellation of your account, we will provide a 30-day cooling-off period. During the 30-day cooling-off period, your account will be blocked and unable to enter the game, during which you can cancel the account cancellation operation at any time. After the cooling-off period, your account information will be completely deleted from the server. According to relevant policies, once the game account is cancelled, it cannot be restored, please operate with caution. Warm reminder: During the cooling-off period, items calculated based on real time will also be calculated normally, including but not limited to: Contract Time, Chosen Time, Membership, items listed on the consignment market, Time Limited items, etc.
3) After the account is cancelled, you can use the same email/Apple ID to register a new account again, but even if you register and log in with the same email/Apple ID, it will be regarded as a new user account, and you will not be able to restore the data of the previous account.
4) Special reminder: If you have a subscription service with automatic renewal through Apple, after you complete the account cancellation, you still need to go to the App Store to cancel the automatic renewal of the related service. The cancellation of this game account does not include the cancellation of Apple's automatic renewal service.
4. If your account has been banned or (and) other handling measures have been taken by us due to violation of relevant national laws and regulations and (or) relevant rules and player codes related to the use of this game service (hereinafter referred to as player codes), in order to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of you and other relevant rights holders, we may retain the game data related to the account's violation for 3 years after your game account is cancelled. During the retention period, we will only use the data to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of you and other relevant rights holders, and will not use it for other purposes. Once this game account is cancelled, it cannot be restored. Even if you apply to us again to register and log in to this game with the same email/Apple ID as the game account after cancellation, the account will be regarded as a new user account at this time. Therefore, we would like to remind you that before deciding to cancel your account, please properly handle all items under your account by yourself. Once you successfully cancel this game account, all data under the account will be cleared, and when you confirm the cancellation operation, it is deemed that you voluntarily give up all items and data under the game account.
5. Once this game account is cancelled, the player code related to this game signed between you and us will be terminated (except for those that have been agreed to continue to be effective). However, the termination of such codes does not affect the relevant responsibilities that you should bear for using this game service before the game account is cancelled. You are still required to bear the corresponding responsibilities for the behavior of using this game service before the game account is cancelled, including but not limited to possible breach of contract responsibilities, damages responsibilities, performance obligations and other consequences that may arise from account cancellation. If you confirm and agree to this game account cancellation informed consent form, you will formally enter the next step of cancellation operation. Thank you! If you need to use our service again after cancellation, you are welcome to re-register and log in to the game.
Reminder: After enjoying the first recharge discount, if you use the account deletion function and then create a new account to re-enter the game, you will not be able to enjoy this first recharge discount.
